As usual, this buffet outdoes itself. I leave here with a pain in my gut every time. Excellent buffet and the staff is friendly.

Like Saul S., I leave with a pain in my gut every time I eat here (or not)...but for an entirely different reason. The staff is slow to refilling things. The food tastes terrible. Their drinks cost over $2 and are slow to be refilled. They don't have tongs/spoons/serving implements in their salad bar stuff today at breakfast...which wouldn't normally be an issue...but they couldn't be bothered to put all of the toppings out with the taco meat. The bacon was empty. They didn't have any liquid eggs for omelets. Seriously? Why bother being open for breakfast? The fact that a child's breakfast is over $4...plus more for a drink...is ridiculous. I'm tired of paying money (and I got mine back because I threw a fit over their lack of preparedness) to eat there when it's subpar all the way around. I. Will. Not. Be. Back.

Went there because i'd been to "Ryan's" restaraunts before (not this one). The food was way bellow what I expect even from a buffet. The Steak was hot held in water, which of course made the steak taste terrible and boiled. Most of the food on the bar was cold. The place didnt give me a vibe of cleanliness that i'd like to expect from a food establishment. None of the food had been rotated including desserts for well over and hour or two by the looks of it. Dont believe ill be going back.

Oh how I wish we had a Golden Corral here in Bossier because this place has gone downhill! The taste has gone out the door and has been gone for quite awhile. I don't know why I keep coming here. Maybe in the back of my mind I feel I might come in and eat and the good taste and good service will be back. I'm kinda reaching, huh. Oh well I guess I can just keep praying that Bossier will continue to grow and that we may get some better places to eat around here so we don't have to drive to Shreveport! Right now we just have to settle, unless we want to drive across the river.

This place went down hard. Night and day from the last time to this time I visited Ryan's. Last time I went, at least the chicken was good and plenty of it so it was fresh, plus the service was fair. This time I went (the time period was 3 months since the last time) it was horrible! We drove up and saw there were way fewer cars there than usual on a Friday night. We went in and paid for the meal, and they went up on their prices since last time I went. We got a table and our server (didn't get his name) grabbed out tickets, literally snatched them from us. He was very short with us throughout our dinner! He even said to me "this is the forth time I filled his tea!", that's because he threw down glass after glass of tea before I could even take a sip! And one time he had root beer in the pitcher instead of tea, so I had half tea, half root beer. He looked like he was in a big hurry trying to rush us by picking up plates we were not done with. He wasn't efficient in his speed, more like he was ON speed. And the food! I go there mainly for the fried chicken. What they had of it, 4pieces the whole time, was dry. The steaks were dry too, and mostly gristle. The grease from the taco meat was ridiculous as well! Not a happy customer, we just had it and walked out not knowing where the manager was at all. Keep it up like this Ryan's and I give it about a month before you shut down. Not good.

My brother and I just came back from this place and we had a less than pleasurable experience. The ice cream machine wasnt working and looked like it hadnt in ages, there was only one waiter on out side of the restaurant and it took far to long for us to get the courtesy rolls the restaurant is known for. The dining utensils looked spotted so I was weary of eating from them. This restaurant was far better when it was Fire Mountain I would go back again and pay 11.99 for a sub par experience.

Worst place in Bossier City to eat don't waste your time or money. Watery gravy, tea had an after taste, will not be coming back

The entire staff was so friendly and professional. We were served by Barbara, who gave us EXCELLENT customer service! We will start coming by regularly now that we know it's there in our neighborhood.
